Important: 24 to 48 Hours Reporting Required

You must inform us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order if there is any damage or defect in the product.

Returns or exchanges will ONLY be accepted if you report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. If you inform us after this time period, we will not be able to process a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Product must be damaged or defective
• Issue must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

Refund Process

• Amount will be credited to your original payment method
• Exchange items will be shipped within 3-5 business days
